Commencement of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Amendment Act, 2003
Under section 10 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Amendment Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003), I hereby fix 20 March 2003 as the date on which the Amendment Act shall come into operation.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria on this Nineteenth day of March Two Thousand and Three.
