Commencement of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2003 (Act No. 3 of 2003)
Under section 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2003 (Act No. 3 of 2003), I hereby fix 11 July 2003 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
