Commencement of the Constitution Seventeenth Amendment Act of 2012
Under section 11 of the Constitution Seventeenth Amendment Act of 2012, I hereby fix 23 August 2013 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Cape Town this Twenty-first day of August Two thousand and thirteen.
