Malnutrition formulae:—
Individual formula
2 tablespoons Eagle Brand to two-thirds cup of water.
Large quantity formula
1 can Eagle Brand to 8 cups water.
This quantity will feed 9 children.
Cocoa Recipe
(Recipe for 9 Children.)
| 5 tablespoons cocoa | 8 cups boiling water | |
| 3 tablespoons sugar | 1 can Eagle Brand |
Mix the cocoa and sugar and dilute with water adding a little at a time. Boil about 2 minutes, pour in the milk and beat with an egg beater to prevent scum from forming on top. 1 tablespoon vanilla improves the flavor.
