Validity of widow marriage under an Act of the British Indian Legislature.

Fastidious critics may still delight in the entertainment of their doubt as to the validity of the widow marriage under the Hindu Law though it has been very clearly established in the foregoing Chapter that such a re-marriage is legal and valid under the Shastras.
