" Finding that Joseph Kent had Trespassed upon ye Lands of ye sd Town, fencing it in & calling it his own contrary to the order made against any such actions, It is therefore ordered that Hugh Cole & Samuel Luther doe forthwith demolish the said fence & forbid the said Kent to Improve the Land aforesaid and this our order shall save harmless & warrant the aforesaid Cole & Luther, and defend them in any action or actions arising thereupon."
