- Dinesh Ch. Sen (History, p. 870) erroneously styles the author as
Keatand his Grammar as Ket-Vyakaran. The date given by him is 1820. Itseems the book was not available to him when he wrote this account: for otherwise this mistake is absurd. In Catalogue of BE. I. Co.’s Library, mention is also made of Nitikotha or Fables in Bengali by J. Keith. Calcutta 1828.
