be created; Provided, that any such general law shall be subject to future repeal or alteration by the legislature.
Sec. 3. The legislature may provide by law for altering, revoking or annulling, any Charter of incorporation, existing and revokable at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, in such manner, however, that no injustice shall be done to the corporators.
Sec. 4. The legislature shall provide by law that in all elections for directors or managers of incorporated companies, every stockholder shall have the right to vote in person or by proxy for the number of shares of stock owned by him, for as many persons as there are directors or managers
