He was frequently in the Magistracy of the City; and in 1811, Lord Provost ; d. in Edinburgh.

Creswell, Mrs. Julia (Pleasants). Adrienne. In 1870, Mrs. Creswell was teaching a village school. " Greenwood," her home, is near Shreveport.
