A. latucina.—Wings cream colour, with two brown bands, somewhat in the form of a W; the outer one zigzag, and having a lighter brown stripe behind it: tail with three black spots. The under wings have a small round black spot towards the base of each, and the whole of the exterior region of the wings is sprinkled with minute brown dots. Expansion two inches and a half. Cramer, Pap. Exot., pl. 273, figs. B. and C.—Cramer's specimen was from Surinam.
