BIMBO PUNCH.

  • Take 1 bottle of sherry.
  • Take ½ pint of green tea.
  • Take Juice of three lemons.
  • Take ½ of a pineapple cut up in small pieces.

Sweeten with white sugar to taste. Strain and bottle immediately. Keep for one month before using. Ice before serving.


Canadian Punch.

(For a small party.)

  • Take 2 quarts of rye whiskey.
  • Take 1 pint of Jamaica rum.
  • Take 6 lemons, sliced.
  • Take 1 pineapple, sliced.
  • Take 4 quarts of water.

Sweeten to taste, and ice before serving.


Tip-Top Brandy.

(For a party of five.)

  • Take 1 bottle of champagne.
  • Take 2 bottles of soda-water.
  • Take 1 liqueur glass of Curaçoa.
  • Take 2 table-spoonfuls of powdered sugar.
  • Take 1 slice of pineapple, cut up.

Put all the ingredients together in a small punchbowl, mix well, ice and serve in Champagne goblets.


Bimbo Punch.

  • Take 1 quart of brandy.
  • Take 1 gill of Arrack.
  • Take 6 lemons.
