Mr. Britain moved to reconsider the vote of yesterday, on ordering the bill to be engrossed and read the third time.

On motion of Mr. Britain, the 15th section of the said bill was stricken out.
Mr. Doty moved to lay the bill on the table. This motion was disagreed to, and the bill was ordered to be engrossed and read the third time tomorrow.
