committed, with the Will annexed, for want of an Executor appearing in due Time If an Executor appears after Letters of Adminiſtration are granted. to ſue forth the Probate; to reſerve in ſuch Letters of Adminiſtration full Power and Authority to revoke the ſame, and to grant Probate of the ſaid Will, to ſuch Executor, whenevee he ſhall duly appear, and ſue-forth the ſame:

To who Letters of Adminiſtration are to be grantedAnd We do hereby further authorize and require the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-William in Bengal, to grant and commit ſuch Letters of Adminiſtration, according to the Courſe now uſed, or which lawfully may be uſed, in the ſaid Dioceſe of London, to the lawful next of Kin of ſuch Perſon ſo dying as aforeſaid (illegible text) Perſon, then be reſiding within the Juris diction of the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-William in Bengal; or, being duly cited, ſhall.not appear, and pray the ſame, to the principal Creditor of ſuch Perſon,.or ſuch other Creditor as ſhall be willing, or deſirous, to obtain the ſame; and for want of any Credit or happening, then to ſuch other Perſon or Perſons, who ſhall be thought proper by the ſaid Supreme Court of Jucdicature,.at Fort-William in Bengal. Adminiſtrators to give Security to the Junior Juſtice, to the value of the Eſtate:We do heerby further, enjoin and require that every Perſon; to whom ſuch Letters of Adminiſtration ſhall be committed, ſhall, before the granting thereof, give ſufficlent Security, by Bond, to the Junior Juſtice of the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-Willam in Bengal, for the Payment of a competent Sum of Money, with two or more able Suretics, Reſpect being had in the Sum therein to be contained, and in the Ability of the Sureties, to the Value of the Eſtate, Credits and Effects of the deceaſed; How Bond to be kept and recorded; which Bond ſhall be depoſited in the, ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-Walliam in Bengal, among the Records thereof, and there ſafely kept, and a Copy thereof ſhall alſo be recorded among the proceedings of the ſaid Supreme Court of Judicature, at Fort-William in Bengal; and the Condition of the ſaid Bond ſhall be to the following Effect; Form of the Condition of the Bond.
