OFFICE OF THE B.V.M
43
When He giveth sleep to His beloved, lo, children are an heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb a reward.
Like as arrows in the hand of the mighty, so are the children of the outcast.
Blessed is the man whose desire is satisfied with them: he shall not be confounded when he speaketh with his enemies in the gate.
Glory be, etc.
From Candlemas until Advent
Ant. Now winter is past, the rain is over and gone: arise, my love, and come.
