CAI BYTHEWOOD, W. M. London. 1839-44. These volumes are composed of Precedents drawn by eminent Con- veyancers, and are those in general use at the present time. The Pre- cedents are arranged under appropriate alphabetical titles, accompanying which are exceedingly valuable and carefully prepared dissertations and notes. It is the latest and best collection of forms of Conveyancing. The 2d ed., 1834, was edited by W. P. Parken and J. Stewart. The 3d ed., now in preparation, will, when completed, contain additional Pre- cedents, to be comprised in three more volumes. CiESAR, SIR JUXiIUS.
