Elmer on Lunacy, consists of a brief statement of the different pro- ceedings that take place, from the application for the commission to the establishment of the lunacy, and thenceforth throughout the management of the lunatic's estate and person. He does not purport to discuss learn- edly what may lawfully be done in lunacy, but only with brevity and clearness to point out how those things are done which may be done in the ordinary course of practice.
