A.t the end of these Reports are a few Cases by Benloe and Dalison, which are the same as those at the end of ./Ishe's Promptuarie, but have the addition of more references. Svo. London. 1779. This work was re-printed and appended to Bouvier's Law Dictionary, and some copies of it were also bound up separately, 8vo., Philadelphia, 1843. Though far from being complete it is the best work of the kind. The copy in Harvard Law Library contains MS. additions, by Mr. Jus- tice Story, whose familiarity with the Year-Books enabled him to supply . some o/ Kelham's deficiencies. /
