The principal features of the Rules fovemtngetectlon to sll Pensions are, that e«en candidate shall have been (1) a member of the Institution for not less than ten years preceding application; (Zt not less than fifty-fire years ol age-, (3) engaged in the sale of newspapers for at least ten years.
