OBJECTS This Institution was established in 1839 in the City Of London under the Presidency of the late Alderman Harmer, for granting Pensions and Temporary Assistance to principals and assistants engaged as vendors ol newspapers.
A Donation of Ten Guineas constitutes a Vice-President and gives three votes for life at all elections. Each Donation of Three Guineas eives a vote at all elections for life. Every Annual Subscriber is f ntftied to one vote at all elections in respect of each Five Shillings so
