(7) Alexander Leslie, fourth Lord Lindores. Died in 1765.

(8) Sometimes spelled " Lepipre."

(9) Second son of the first Viscount Barrington. Appointed to the Colonelcy of the 8th Regiment of Foot in 1759, and died in 1764. His eldest son became third Viscount Barrington.
