Where can I find information on how to submit comments on EPA’s proposal?

EPA will publish a Federal Register notice with instruction on how to submit comments. See Docket No. EPA-R06-OAR-2016-0611 at https://www.regulations.gov. Additionally, we will post the information for instructions to submit comments and how to participate in the virtual public hearing at https://www.epa.gov/tx/texas-regionalhaze-best-available-retrofit-technology-federal-implementation-plan-and-cross.


How many days do I have to comment on EPA’s proposal?

This proposed action was signed by the EPA Administrator on April 20, 2023. The public comment period will last 60 days from the date EPA’s notice is published in the Federal Register.
