PRESIDENT'S SCENARIO:


At 11:45 a. m . The First Lady will be escorted to your office and immediately thereafter the recipients and supporting personnel will be ushered in.

You and Mrs. Nixon will greet each person just inside the doorof your office. Your participation will last 5 to 10 minutes at the con­clusion of which the group will be escorted from the room.
