FEDERAL WOMAN'S AWARD WINNERS SCENARIO CONTINUED:
The. listed winners were nomininated by their agencies and chosen by an independent panel of judges. They are being honored for "their outstanding contributions to the quality and efficiency of the career service of the Federal Government. for their influence on major Government programs. and for personal qualities of leadership, judgment, integrity and dedication."
The winners received the awards at a banquet last night.
