Relieved 1 October 1973 from assignment to the Third United States Army and assigned to the First United States Army. Reorganized and redesignated 21 May 1976 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 400th Military Police Camp. Relieved 1 October 1983 from assignment to the First United States Army and assigned to the Second United States Army.
