CAP. II. Judgments given againft the faid Charters fhall be void. AND we will, that if any Judgement be given from henceforth contrary to the Points of the Charters aforefaid by the Juftices, or by any other our Minifters that hold Plea before them againft the Points of the Charters, it fhall be undone, and holden for nought.'
