^[1]against all persons in like wise. (4) And for this our Gift and Grant of these Liberties, and of other contained in our Charter of Liberties of our Forest, the Archbishops, Bishops, Abbots, Priors, Earls, Barons, Knights, Freeholders, and other our Subjects, have given unto us the Fifteenth Part of all their Moveables. (5) And we have granted unto them on the other part^[2], that neither we, nor our Heirs, shall procure or do any thing whereby the Liberties in this Charter contained shall be infringed or broken; (6) and if any thing be procured by any person contrary to the premisses, it shall be had of no force nor effect. A confirmation of the aforesaid Liberties made by K. Edw. I.

II. We, ratifying and approving these Gifts and Grants aforesaid, confirm and make strong all the same for us and our Heirs perpetually, and, by the Tenour of these Presents, do renew the same; willing and granting for us and our Heirs, that this Charter, and all and singular his Articles, for ever shall be stedfastly, firmly, and inviolably observed; ^[5]and if any Article in the same Charter contained, yet hitherto peradventure hath not been kept, we will, and by Authority Royal command, from henceforth firmly they be observed. In witness whereof we have caused these our Letters Patents to be made. T. Edward our Son at Westminster, the ^[6]the Twenty-eighth Day of March, in the Twenty-eighth Year of our Reign.

1. For against all persons, read with respect to theirs.
2. For on the other part read for us and our Heirs.
3. For Hereford, read Hertford.
4. Add, Given at Westminster the 11th Day of February, in the 9th Year of our Reign.
5. For and if and Article, &c. read although some Articles in the same Charter contained have not hitherto perhaps been observed.
6. The 12th day of October, in the twenth-fifth Year of Our Reign.
