  6. A Repeal of the Parliament holden Anno 9 Ed. 4. & 39 Hen. 6.
  7. An Act that the old Sheriff may execute his Office during the Residue of Michaelmas and Hillary Term after his Year ended, if he have not before his Writ of Discharge.

Anno 22 Edwardi 4.

  1. An Act concerning Apparel.
  2. An Act touching the Packing of Barrelled Fish.
  3. For Silk-workers.
  4. An Act limiting the Price of Bows.
  5. For fulling of Hats and Caps.
  6. An Act for Swans.
  7. An Act for inclosing of Woods in Forests, Chases, and Purlieus.
  8. An Act for the Town of Berwick.

Anno 1 Richardi III.

  1. An Act for the better Assurance of Estates to be made by Feoffors to Uses.
  2. The Subjects of this Realm shall not be charged with Benevolences.
  3. For admitting Persons, suspected of Felony, to Bail; and to inquire of the Escapes of Felons; and that no Officer shall seize the Goods of a Prisoner, until he be attainted.
  4. Concerning the Sufficiency of Jurors in a Sheriff's Turn.
  5. Those Lands, whereof King Richard was enfeoffed to the Use of others, shall rest in such Persons, as if he had not been named in the Feoffments.
  6. An Act to make perpetual the Statute of 17 Ed. 4. c. 2. touching Suits commenced in Courts of Pie-powders.
  7. The Force of Fines levied before the Justices of the Common Pleas.
  8. An Act touching Cloth-making.
  9. Against Italians that sell their Wares by Retail, and other Orders concerning that Nation.
  10. The Statute of 22 Ed. 4. cap. 3. prohibiting wrought Wares of Silk to be brought into this Realm, shall continue for Ten Years.
  11. Ten Bow-staves shall be brought into this Realm for every Butt of Malmsey, or Tyre.
  12. For the setting Handicraftsmen of this Realm on work.
  13. The Contents of certain Vessels of Wine and Oil.
  14. For the Benefit and Relief of Collectors of Dismes of the Clergy.
  15. An Act to make void all Estates made for the Benefit of Lady Elizabeth Grey, late Wife of King Edward the Fourth.

Anno 1 Richardi 3.

  1. Titulus Regius, under which Title all the Reasons and Allegations devised to prove the King to be true and undoubted Heir to the Crown, are set forth at large, and the same allowed, ratified, and enacted by the Lords' and Commons, and his Brothers Children made Bastards,
  2. An Act for the King to have the Lands and Possessions of Henry Duke of Exeter, and of the Duchess his Wife.
  3. An Act for the Attainder and Conviction of Henry Duke of Buckingham, John Bishop of Ely, William Knevitt,John Rushe, Thomas Nandike, Henry Earl of Richmond, Jasper Earl of Pembroke, George Browne, Thomas Lewkenor Knight, John Gulford, and many more.
  4. An Act to enable the King to make Grants of the Possessions of the Persons attainted.
  5. An Act for the Attainder of the Bishops of Ely, Sarum, and Exeter.
  6. An Act against Margaret Countess of Richmond.
  7. An Act for the Attainder of Walter Roberd.
  8. An Act for the Archbishop of Canterbury to enjoy the Rent of 11.l. 12 s. per Annum out of the Manor of Ifeilde.
  9. An Act to reverse the Attainders made by King Henry the Fourth, against Thomas Percy Earl of Worcester, and Henry Percy Earl of Northumberland.
  10. An Act for Viscount Lovell to have and enjoy the Manors of Thorpe, Watervile, Alwinkle, Achirch, and Chelviston, in the County of Northampton, &c.
  11. An Act for James Tirrel, and Anne his Wife, Daughter and Heir of John Arundell, touching the Lands of Arundell, being now attainted.
  12. An Act for the Provost and Fellows of the College-of Saint Andrew of Neathercaster in York, for the enjoying of Forty Acres of Land, upon Part whereof the College is builded.
  13. An Act for Confirmation of Letters Patents made by King Edward the Fourth to the College of Fodringhey.

PUBLICK ACTS.

Anno 1 Henrici VII.

  1. An Act declaring in what Cases a Formedon In Descender or Remainder is maintainable against the Pernors of the Profits,
  2. Strangers made Denizens shall pay such Customs as Aliens do.
  3. No Protections shall be allowed by any Court at Calais.
  4. An Act that Priests and Clerks shall be punished for incontinency by their Ordinaries.
  5. An Act against Tanners, Cordwainers, and Curriers.
  6. A Pardon for them who assisted the King in his Wars against Richard late Duke of Gloucester.
  7. An Act for Punishment of Offenders in hunting by Night or disguised.
  8. No Gascgoine or Guion Wines shall be brought into the King's Dominions, but by English, Welsh, or Irish Mariners, and Ships.
  9. An Act for reviving for Twenty Years the Statute of 22 E. 4. cap. 3. restraining the bringing in of wrought Laces, &c.
  10. For the Alteration of King Richard the Third's Act touching Italians.
