VI. And it is alio enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every Statute, A£t, and Ordinance a Confirmation heretofore made concerning the Premifles, or any of them, as well in the Time of our Sovereign Lord the ofotbjrS 1 King that now is, as in the Time of any of his Progenitors Kings of this Realm of England, not being contrary to this prcfent Act, nor heretofore repealed, from henceforth fhall ftand and be good and effectual for ever, and to be put in due Execution according to the true Meaning and Purport of the fame. VII. And over that be it enacted, That the Comrniflioners hereafter to be named in any of the faid The Authority Commiffions, according to the Purport and Effect of the fame Commiffions, have full Power and Authority of the CemouC to make, conftitute, and ordain Laws, Ordinances, and Decrees, and further to do all and every Thing c - onc "- mentioned in the faid Commiflion, according to the Purport, Effect, Words, and true Meaning of the 1 Mar. i.n. :, fame; (2) and the fame Laws and Ordinances lb made, to reform, repeal, and amend, and make new, c. u. from time to time, as the Cafes neceflary fhall require in that Behalf.
