And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid. that if any Perfon or Perforu :it any Time the faid firft Day of June next coming, by Writing, Printing, Painting, Carving 01 G [ly anJ advifedly publifh, let forth and affirm, that the King that now is, or any hi- Heir; or Sui furs limited as is aforefaid, is an Hcrctick, Shifmatick, Tyrant, Lnfidel or Ufurper of the Crown, that every fuch Offence and Offences fhall be deemed and adjudged High Treafon, and the Offender and I fenders, their Abetters, Procurors and Counfellors, and all and every their Aiders and Comforters, 1;:. ing the faid Offences or any of them to be done, being thereof convicted or attainted according to the J. and Statutes of this Realm, fhall be deemed and adjudged High Traytors, and fhall fuffer Pains of Death, and lofe and forfeit all their Goods and Chattels, Lands and Tenements to the King, a, in Cafes of i I Treafon. V. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Perfon or Pcrfons after the ('.■■■ 1 firft Day of "June next coming, rcbellioufly do detain, keep or with-hold from our faid Sovereign Lord, his faid Heirs and Succcffors, any of his or their Caftlcs, Fortreffcs, Fortilefles or Holds within this Realm, or in any other the King's Dominions or Marches, or rebelliouflv keep, detain or with-hold from the (aid King's Highnefs, his faid Heirs or Succeffors, any of his or their Ships, Ordinances, Artillery or other Mu- nitions or Fortifications of War, and do not obediently render and give up to our faid Sovereign Lord, his faid Heirs or Succcffors, or to fuch Perfons as fhall be deputed by them or any of them, fuch Caftles, For- treffcs, Fortileffes, Holds, Ships, Ordinances, Artillery or other Munitions and Fortifications of War, rcbellioufly kept and detained, within fix Days next alter they fhall be commanded by our faid Sovereign Lord, his faid Heirs or Succeffors, by open Proclamation under the Great Seal, the fame Proclamation to be made in fuch Place and Order, "fo as the Party and Parties to be charged by this Act may conveniently have Notice or Knowledge thereof: That then every fuch Perfon or Perfons fo offending in any of the Pre- miffes after the faid firft Day of June, their Abettors, Procurors and Counfellors, and all and every their Aiders and Comfortors, knowing the faid Offences or any of them to be done, being lawfully convicted of therebellisufly keeping and detaining thereof, according to the Laws and Statutes of this Realm, fhall be adjudged Traytors, and fhall fuffer Pains of Death, and lofe and forfeit all their Goods and Chattels, Lands and Tenements unto the King, as in Cafes of High Treafon.
