That there fhall be provided and kept'ir -^ the Exchequer, "their Majefties Exchequer (that is to fay) in the Office of the Auditor of the Receipts, one Book, in which j all Monies, that fhall be paid into the Exchequer by virtue, of this A£t, fliall be entred and regiftred, apar and diflijid: from all other Monies paid ch' payable to their Majefties, upon any Account whatfoever^ and that all and every Perfon and Perfons, Natives or Foreigners, Bodies Politick or Corporate, who fhaJ lend any Money to their Majefties upon the Credit of this A£t, and pay the fame into the Receipt of thi Talley and Or- Exchequer, fhall immiediatcly have a Talley of Loan ftruck for the fame, and an Order for his or their Re- der to the payment, bearing the fame Date with the Talley; in which Order fhall be alfo contained a Warrant fo Lender.
