D. 169^, able at feveral Days and Times, and by fuch Proportions, as aforefaid, may be the fooner made u(e of for the Supply of His Majefty's extraordinary Occafions, the Commiffioners of His Majefty's Treafury, or any three or more of them now beitig, or the Treafurer of the Exchequer, or any three or more of the Com- miffioners of the Treafury for the time being, are hereby authorized and empowered to caufe Tallies of How Tallies of Affignmcnt, or Tallies of Anticipation for the fame, or any Part thereof, to be levied upon the Commif- ^flignment or doners.
