Sand and Ground inciofed, l3c. vefted in the Mayor and Citizens for ever, v/ho may improve the fame, and take the Profits, for maintaining and repairing the Works. Commiffioners to iet out a publick Highway over the Sands. Mayor, tyV. may furvey the River, ISc. Rights oi Anne Offiey referved, &€. Owners of Blaco?! Manor may fet up Sluices, &c. In cafe new Channel be cut within 450 Yards Southwards of Blacofi-haiife, Owners to have Satisfa£lion for Damage, &c. Differences fhall be adjufted by Arbitra- tors. Party aggrieved .may appeal to the Chief Jultice of Chefter, v/hofe Order fhall be final. Not to extend to Sir William Glynn and others. WHEREAS in the firft Year of the Reign of your Majefty, and of our late moft Gracious Sove- ,w. &M, (T.z, reign Lady Qiieen A4ary (of bleffed Memory) an Aft of Parliament was made, intituled, Anz.z, ASi for declaring the Rights and Liberties of the SubjeSi, and for fettling the Succeffion of the Croivn, wherein it was (amojigit other Things) enaiSed, eftabliflied and declared, That the Crown and Regal Govern- ment of the Kingdoms of England, France and Ireland, and the Dominions thereunto belonging, fhould be and continue to your Majefty and the faid late Queen, during the Joint-Lives of your Majefty and the faid Queen, and to the Survivor : And that after the Deceafe of your Majefty and of the faid Queen, the faid Crown and Regal Government ihould be and remain to the Heirs of the Body of the faid late Queen : And for Default of fuch Iflue, to her Royal Highnefs the Princefs Anne of Denmark, and the Heirs of her Body : And for Default of fuch Jftue, to the Heirs of the Body of your Majefty.
