And be it further cnafted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Salmon or Salmon-kind fhall dow Grounds to go i^to any of the Dykes, Cuts, or Water Carriages, that then all Owners and Occupiers of Meadow iiito'thTDykes Cjrounds in and upon the Barrks of any Waters or Rivers in the faid Counties within the Time limited pafsintothema'in and reftrained by the faid A61, fhall permit the faid Fifh to pafs or go out of the faid Cuts, or Dykes, or Rivers again. Streams, into the main Rivers'again, and' not by any wilful Means tO:deftroy them for Sale, or other- wife, under the like Pains, Penalties, Forfeitures and Imprifonment, as afore-mentioned. Racks before them, to keep out of the faid Pots or Nets the old Salmon or Kippers, which, during that Seafon, are out of Kind, and returning to the Sea ; and after the ttnth.
