And to the end it may be known and afcertained what Annuities fliall be taken in, and what Debts (for which Intereft is now payable) fliall be paid off by or at the Charge of the Corporation of the faid Go- vernor and Company, at any Time or Times before the refpeftive Times in and by this Aft limited in that Behalf; and what Additions in refpeft thereof are to be made, as well to the prefent capital Stock of the fame Corporation ; and how far their own prefent Annuity or yearly Fund is to be increafed in proportion to fuch additional Stock or Stocks, till the Redemption thereof, and alfo how much is to be paid by them into the Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, for the Ufe of the Publick, after the Rate of four Ye^rs and a half's Purchafe, upon fuch and fo many of the faid Annuities payable during the refpeftive Remainders of the faid certain Terms of ninety-fix Years, eighty-nine Years, ninety-nine Years, and thirty-two Years, which fliall be taken in, as aforefaid, at any Time or Times before the faid firft Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and twenty-one, and how much is to be paid by them into the Receipt of the Ex- chequer, for the Ufe of the Publick, after the Rate of one Year's Purchafe upon fuch or fo marly of the faid Annuities fo payable, during the refpeftive Remainders of the faid certain Terms of ninety-fix Y eighty-nine Years, and ninety-nine Years, as fhall not be taken in before the faid firft Day of March one- thoufand feven hundred and twenty-one (over and above the certain Sum of four millions one hundred fifty-fix thoufand three hundred and fix Pounds four Shillings and eleven Pence, to be paid by them for the ufe of the Publick, for the Liberty of increafing their capital Stock and annual Fund, by taking in th deemable Debts and Annuities, as is herein after mentioned) and that it may alfo plainly appear what new Allowance is to be made to the faid Corporation for Charges of Management, when the fame fhall be reduced to a Certainty, according to the Tenor and true Meaning of this prefent Aft : Be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That it fliall and may be lawful to and for the Commiflioners of the Treafury, Commi.Tionei's or any three or more of them, or the Lord High Treafurer of Great Britain for the Time bemg, and they° f the Treafui-jr refpeftively are hereby authorized and required, by one or more Writing or Writings under their refpeftive Hands, to conftitute and appoint fuch able and fit Perfons, or fuch difrinft Numbers of able and fit Peri'.; and fuch or Co many of them refpeftively, as the faid Commiflioners of the Treafury, or any three or n of them, or the faid High Treafurer for the Time being fhall, from Time to Time, think fit to be gers and Direftors for doing and performing, and caufing to be done and performed fuch Matter!? and Things as are by this Aft appointed or authorized by fuch Managers and Direftors, or by their Orel be done and performed. VI. And be it enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That fuch Managers and Direftors fo to be confl tuted, or fuch or fo many of them, as aforefaid, fhall according to fuch Directions as they fhall receivi Writing from the faid Commiflioners of the Treafury, or any three or more of them, or the High Tj furer for the Time being, prepare or caufe to be prepared one or more Book or Books, wherein i. be entred, under proper Titles or Prefaces, and in proper Columns, the Particulars following; (th; to fay) There fliall be entred in fuch Book: or Books the Name or Names of fuch Perfon or Perfons, Bo'dies One for fa - Politick or Corporate, then intitled to the faid Annuities, payable for the refpeftive Remainders of the faid'™ 11 " long Terms of ninety-fix Years, eighty-nine Years, and ninety-nine Years, which fhall be aftually taken ot .
