And whereas great Inconveniencies do frequently happen to Leffors and Landlords, in Cafes ' of Re-entry for Nonpayment of Rent, by reafon of the many Niceties that attend Re-entries at

  • Common Law; and forafmuch as when a legal Re-entry is made, the Landlord or Leffor muft be
