Provided always, and be it enacted by the Authority aforcfaid, That all the Monies coming Monies j into the Exchequer, either by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon one Act of this Seffion of Parliament, this Seflion how intituled, An Act for continuing the Duties upon Mult, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part oj Great Bn- J? a ' , a,>p ^ tain called England, and for granting to bis Majefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Tear one thoufand [even hundred and thirty- two, and lb much Money, if any fuch be, of the Duties thereby granted and continued, as (hall arife or remain after all the Loans or Exchequer Bills made or to be made on the fame Act, and all the [n- tereft, Premium, Rate and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for railing the faici Du- ties lhall be fatisried, or Money fufficient fhall be referved in the Exchequer to difcharge the fame; and all the Monies coming into the Exchequer, either by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon one other Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An del for granting an Aid to his Majefty by a Land Tax to be ra:Jed c ^- '- in Great Britain for the Service of the Tear one thoufand feven bwulrcd and thirty-two, and fo much Mo- ney, if any fuch be, of the Tax thereby granted, as (hall arife and remain after all the Loans or Exche- quer Bills made or to be made on the fame Act, and all the Interefl, Premium or Rate and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for railing the faid Land Tax, lhail be fatisfied, or Money fufficient lhall be referved to difcharge the fame ; and all the Monies coming into the Exchequer, either by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon another Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Acl Cap. 6. for reviving the Duties on Salt for the Time therein mentioned, and fo much Money, if any fuch be, of the "Duties thereby granted, as lhall arife and remain after all the Loans or Exchequer Bills made or to be made on the fame Act, and all the Inter-eft, Premium or Rate and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for railing the faid Duties lhall be fatisfied, or Money fufficient lhall be referved to dif- charge the fame ; and alfo the Sum of one hundred twenty-three thoufand five hundred and eighty Pounds two Shillings and five Pence Half-penny, granted for the Service of the Year one thoufand (even hundred and thirty-one, and not applied for the Service of that Year, (hall be appropriated and applied, and are hereby appropriated for and towards the feveral Ufes, Intents and Purpofes herein exprefTed, fubjedi neverthelefs to fuch Reftrictions as are herein after prefcribed ; that is to fay, VIII. It is hereby enacted and declared, That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies aforefaid, there ^ 8 ' 8 f ^N a ^i fhall and may be iflued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding fix hundred eighty-eight Services, thoufand eight hundred and eighty-five Pounds feven Shillings and five Pence, for or towards the naval Services herein after more particularly expreffed ; that is to fay, For or towards defraying the Charge of the Ordinary of his Majefty's Navy, and for Half pay to Sea Officers, and for or towards Victuals, Wages, Wear and Tear of the Navy, and the Victualling thereof performed and to be performed, and for or towards extraordinary Repairs' of his Majefty's Navy performed and to be performed, and for or towards other Services of the Navy performed and to be performed. IX. And it is hereby further ena.ied. That out of all or an/ the Aids or Supplies as aforefaid, Greenwich Hof- there (hall and may be iflued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding ten thoufand p i ta i. Pounds, upon Account, for and towards the Support of the Royal Hofpital at Greenwich, for the better Maintenance of the Seamen of the faid Hofpital, worn out and become decrepit in the Service of their Country. X. And it is hereby alfo enacted, That out of all or any the Aids or Supplies as aforefaid, there „ d '°Y rthe S ' fliall and may be iflued and applied any Sum or Sums of Money, not exceeding eighty-fix thousand ordnance, and ninety-one Pounds feventeen Shillings and three Pence, for or towards defraying the Charge of the Office of Ordnance for Land Service performed and to be performed, and for defraying the extraordi- nary Expence of the Office of Ordnance for Land Service not provided for by Parliament. XI.
