Provided always, and be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all the Monies coming The Appropria- into the Exchequer, either by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon one Act of this SeiTion of Parliament, ti ?£ ^J^ * intituled, An Acl for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part oj Great Bri- "ilts SdTion. tain called England, and for granting to his Majejly certain Duties upon Malt K Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred and thirty- three, and for giving further Time to Clerks and Apprentices to pay Duties omitted to be paid for their Indentwe; and Contracts, and lb much Money, ifanyfuchbe, of the Duties thereby granted and continued, as fhall arife or remain after all the Loans or Exchequer Bills made or to be made on the fame Acl, and all the Jntereft, Premium, or Rate and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for raifing the faid Duties lhall be fatisfied, or Money fufficient fhall be referved in the Exchequer to difcharge the fame; and all the Monies coming into the Exchequer, either by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon one other Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Acl for granting an Aid to his Majejly by a Land Tax to be raifed in Great Britain for the Service of the Year one thoufand Jeven hundred and thirty-three, and fo much Mo- ney, ifanyfuch be, of the Tax thereby granted, as mall arife or remain after all the Loans or Exche- quer Bills made or to be made on the lame Acr, and all the Intereft, Premium or Rate and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for railing the faid Land Tax, fhall be fatisfied, or Money fufficient mall be referved to difcharge the fame ; and the Sum of five hundred thoufand Pounds by this Act granted out of the Surpluffes, Exceffes or Overplus Monies, commonly called The Sinking Fund, arifen or to arife into the Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, at or before the Feaft-Day of the Nativity of Saint John Bapti/1 in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-three ■, and alfo the Sum of thirty-three thoufand one hundred forty-three Pounds fix Shillings and one Penny Halfpenny, remaining in the Receipt of Exchequer for Arrears of former Land Taxes, fhall be appropriated and applied, and are hereby appropriated for and towards the feveral Ufes, Intents and Purpofes herein expreffed, fubject nevertheless to fuch Reftrictions as are herein after prefcribed ; that is to lay, IX.
