And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That from and after the firft Day ofMaftersof June one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-three, it fhall and may be lawful to and for any Mafter of Ships after j any Ship or Veffel, from Time to Time, to (hip, tranfport and carry in his, their or any of their Ships maycarnr^iunK or Veffel s, as Ballaft from London or any Part of the River Thames, any Dung or Compoft, or any chalk, &c. as Chalk, Chalk Rubbifh, Soap-Aihes, Soap-Wafte, Flints, Tobacco-Pipe Clay or other Clay, or any Ballaft, other Goods or Commodities now claimed to be furnifhed as Ballaft by the faid Corporation of the Trinity Hou/e, fubject neverthelefs to the Rate.s and Duties, Provifoes and Reftrictions herein after men- tioned, expreffed and contained. XV. Provided always, That the Mafter or Owner of every fuch Ship or VefTel fhall firft make a Baiuft o/he'eT due Entry at the Ballaft Office of the Trinity Hou/e in London, or with the Officer of the laid Cor- and Licence.* poration at Grave/end, of the faid Goods, Commodities and Things fo licenfed and authorized to be ihipped and tranfported, and the Name of fuch Ship or Veilcl, and of the Mafter or Commander of the fame. ... - XVI. And it is hereby further enacted, That at the Time of fuch Entry the Mafter or Owner of Licence, every fuch Ship or Veffel fhall pay for fuch Licence or Authority, to the faid Corporation, one Penny for every Tun of the faid Goods, Commodities and Things fo to be entred as aforefaid. p . .
