An Act to revive feveral Acts for the Punilhment of Perfons deftroying Turnpikes, or Locks or other Works erected by Authority of Parliament, and for other Pur- pofes therein mentioned ; and to continue feveral Acts relating to Rice, to Frauds in the Cuftoms, to the clandeftine running of Goods, and to Copper Ore of the Britijb Plantations; and for extending the Liberty given by the Act of the twelfth Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, for carrying Sugar of the Growth of the Britifli Sugar Colonies in America, to Ships be- longing to any of his Majefty's Subjects rending in Great Britain, and navigated according to Law; and for the more effectual preventing the cutting of Star or Bent. 34. An Act to explain an Act made in the fourteenth Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, intituled, An Acl to render the Laws more effectual for preventing the Jlealing and deftroying of Sheep and other Cattle. 35. N Act to enable Alexander Popham Efquire, and ,_ his Heirs, to take and ufe the Surname of Lufombe, according to the Directions of the laft Will and Teftament of Richard Lufcombe Efquire deceafed. 2. An Act for naturalizing John Chriftoph Gobi, Hans Bardcwieck and others. 3. An Act for confirming and eftablifhing certain Arti- cles of Agreement and an Indenture between the Right Honourable Francis Earl Godclphin and the Dean and Chapter of Ely for making a Partition and Divifion of a certain Heath, or Heath-ground, in the County of Cambridge, and for rendring the fame Agreement and Indenture more effectual, for the Purpofes therein mentioned. 4. An Act for diffolving and difannexing from the Crown, and the Patrimony thereof, the Earldom of Orkney, and Lordfhip of Zetland; and for veiling the fame irredeem- ably in James Earl of Morton, and his Heirs, difcharged from any Power or Right of Redemption in his Majefty, his Heirs or Succeffors. 5. An Act for veiling the fettled Eftate of Henry Lord Montfort, in the County of Worcejler, in Truftees, in Truft [to fell the fame, and to lay out and apply the Money arifing by fuch Sale, in the Purchafe of Lands and Hereditaments in the Counties of Cambridge and Suffolk or one of them. 6. An Act for explaining a Claufe contained in an Act made in the eleventh and twelfth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King William the Third, intituled, An Ail for granting an Aid to his Majefty by Sale of the for- feited and other Eftates and Interefts in Ireland, and by a Land Tax in England, for the feveral Purpofes therein mentioned, whereby feveral Grants made by his Majefty to Sir Thomas Prendergqft Baronet, deceafed, of feveral Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, Part of the faid forfeited Eftates and Interefts in Ireland, were ratified and confirmed. 7. An Act to enable Sir Clement Cottrell Knight, and other the Devifees of the real Eftate of Lieutenant General James Dormer deceafed, to take and ufe the Surname of Dormer, purfuant and according to the Tenor and Pur- port of the Will of the faid James Dormer. 8. An Act for making the Exemplification of the laft Wills of 'John Pigott the Elder, late of Brockley in the County of Somerfet Efquire, and of John Pigott Efquire his Son, Evidence in all Courts of Law and Equity in Great Britain and Ireland; and to enable John Biggs Pigott Efquire, formerly called John Biggs, and his Progeny and Defcendants, to take and Ufe the Sur- name and Arms of Pigott only, purfuant to the Will of the faid John Pigott the Son. 9. An Act to enable John Rolle Efquire, and his Heirs, to>: take and ufe the Surname and Arms of Walter, accord- ing to the Direction of the laft Will and Teftament of Sir Robert Walter Baronet, deceafed. 10.
