An Act for verting divers Lands and Tenements in the County of Northumberland-, late the Eftate of John Manners Gentleman, deceafed, in Truftecs, to enable them to make an effectual Conveyance thereof to the Purchafers under a Decree of the Court of Chancery, for the Purpofes therein mentioned. 2z. An Act for Sale of certain Houfes and Tenements in Wakefield, in the County of York, Part of the fettled Eftate of Jofeph Sill Gentleman, for difcharging a Bond Debt therein mentioned. 23. An Act to enable Walter Hawkrfwortb Efquire, for- merly called Walter Ramfden, and the Heirs of his Body, to take and ufe the Surname of Hawk/worth, purfuant to the Will of Sir Walter Hawk/worth, Ba- ronet, deceafed. 24. An Act to enable George Earl of Cholmondeley, and Sir William Yonge Baronet, Knight of the molt Ho- nourable Order of the Bath, to take in Great Britain the Oath of Office as Vice Treafurer and Receiver General and Paymaftcr General of all his Majefty's Revenues in the Kingdom of Ireland, and to qualify themfclves for the Enjoyment of the faid Offices. 28. An Aft to enable Sir William Duckinf.eld Daniel Ba- ronet, to take and ufe the Surname, and bear the Arms • of Daniel, purfuant to the Will of Sir Samuel Daniel Knight, deceafed. 29. An Act for Sale of divers Lands and Hereditaments, in the Counties of Suffolk and Middlefex, entailed on the Daughters of Thomas Bennet Efquire, in order to raife a Sum of Money in Prefent for their Portions, as an Equivalent for their reverftonary Intereft in the faid Eftates expectant on the Death of their Father. 30. An Aft for the Exchange of an Eftate in Putney, in the County of Surrey, held in Truft for charitable Ufes, for another Eftate of Gerrard Van Neck Efquire, in the County of Hertford, and for Payment of a Sum of Money to the Truftees, to be applied to the like Ufes. 31. An Act to enable Daniel Carmichael, of Mauldjliy, or the fucceeding Heirs of Entail, to fell Lands in the Counties of Lanark and Fife, for Payment of Debts chauged thereupon, and to purchafe other Lands, to be fettled to the fame Ufes as the Eftate to be fold is fettled.
