C. 29. 679 Royal Highnefs, and the Heirs Males of his Body, at the four mod ufual Feafts or Days of Payment in the Year ; that is to fay, the Feafts of the Naiivity of Saint Jsbn the Baptift, Saint Michael the Archangel, the Birth of our Lord Chriit, and the Annunciation of the Bleffed Virgin Mary, by even and equal Portions ; the firft quarterly Payment thereof to be made at the Fcaft of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptift, in the Year of our Lord one thoufand [even hundred and forty-fix. II. And be it further enacled by the Authority aforefaid, That it (hall and may be lawful to and for J"^"^ 'JJ U _ the Commiffioners of his Majcfty's Treafury now being, and the high Treafurer and under Treafurer ,j iror to *h~ of the Exchequer, and Commillioners of the Treafury for the time being, and they are hereby autho- Debentures for rized, ■ impowered and required, by Warrant under their Hands, to direct the Auditor of the Receipt P a >' M1 & thcAn " of the Exchequer, now, and for the time being, to make forth and pafs Debentures, from time to nul y * time, for paying the laid Annuity or yearly Rent or Sum of twenty-five thoufand Pounds, as the fame fhall, from time to time, become due and payable, without any Fees or Charges to be demanded or taken for paying the fame, or any Part thereof ; which faid Warrant, and the Debentures to be made forth and paffed thereupon, fhall be a fufficient Authority to the feveral and refpective Officers of the Receipt of the Exchequer, now, and for the time being, for the Payment of the faid Annuity or yearly Rent or Sum of twenty-five thoufand Pounds, to his faid Royal Highnefs the Duke, and the Heirs Males of his Body as aforefaid, at the refpe<ftivc quarterly Feaft Days in this Act before appointed for Payment thereof, without any further or other Warrant to be fued for, had or obtained in that Behalf. . . . . . III. V. VI. And it is -hereby enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Annuity, yearly Rent or T«e Annuity Sum of twenty-five thoufand Pounds, fhall be, and the fame is by this Act verted in his faid Royal Quke md^b ■ Highnefs, and the Heirs Males of his Body; and that the fame, or any Part thereof, fhall not at any Heirs Males of Time or Times hereafter be aliened, conveyed, difpofed, charged or incumbered by his faid Royal hi* Body, not Highnefs, or by any of the Heirs Males of his Body, for any greater or longer Eftate or Time than ^. be alRnated ' during the natural Life of the Perfon fo aliening, conveying, difpoiing, charging or incumbering the fame, or fo as to prevent the fame from defcending to the Heirs Males in Tail, according to the faid Limitations. VII.
