And whereas a confderable Part of the faid Fen Lands and Low Grounds, lying near the Skirts ' of the High Lands, are much higher in their Situation than the re!l, and if the Sewers lie in ccm- ' mon, it is apprehende.^l, may be, made too dry, by fuch Time as tlie lowelf Lands are well drained;' Therefore for avoiding this Inconvenience, be it further enadted.
