B. of am really and bona fide feized of an Annuity or Rent Charge, for my own Ufe and Benefit, of the clear yearly Value of forty Shillings, above all Rents and Charges payable out of the fame, wholly iffuing out of Freehold Lands, Tenements or Heredi- taments, belonging to 67. D, of fituate, lying and being in the Parifh, Town- fhip or Place, or in the Paiiflies, Townfhips or Places of E. in the County of without any Truft, Agreement, Matter or Thing to the contiary notwithstanding ; and I, or the Perfon or Perfons under whom I claim, was or were feized of the faid Annuity or Rent Charge before the firft Day of June one thoufand feven hundred and fixty-three. ting fuch Rent Charge iffuing out of Freehold Lands, Tenements or Hereditaments, which fhall come to fuch riage, Devife, Preienta-.
