Provided always, and be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That no Perfon who No Miller, Mealman, {ball follow, or be concerned in the Bufinefs of a Miller, Mealman, or Baker, fhall be capable of fol^^ y fe^ c *f-<* afting, or fhall be allowed to aft as a Juftice of the Peace under this Aft, or in putting in Execu- J"^'^ oap'enahy tion any of the Powers in or by this Aft granted ; and if any Miller, Mealman, or Baker, ftall pre- f 50 |, fume fo to do, he or they fo offending in the Premiffes, fhall for every fuch Offence forfeit and pay the Sum of fifty Pounds, to any Perfon or Perfons who will inform or fue for the fame ; to be reco- vered in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record at IVefimhifter, by Action of Debt, Bill, Plaint, or Information, wherein no Effoin, Wager of Law, or more than one Imparlance fhall be al- lowed, or by way of fummary Complaint before the Court of Seffion in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland. XIII.
