THEREAS his Majefty, by an Order in Council, bearing Date the twenty-third Day of December Preamble. WHE one thoufand feven hundred and eighty-nine, was pleafed to order that no Perfon or Perfons whatever 'fhould, from and after the Publication of that Order in the London Gazette, until further Order, directly or in- jefty in Council, directly export, transport, carry, or convey, or caufe or procure to be exported, tranſported, carried, or of 33 Dec. 1789, conveyed, out of or from any Port or Place in Great Britain, or load or lay on board, or caufe or cure to be loaded or laid on board of any Ship, Veflel, or Boat, in order to be exported or carried out of any Port or Place in Great Britain, any Wheat, Wheat-flour, Rye, Rye-meal, Barley, Barley-meal, Malt, Bread, Biſcuit, Oats, Oatmeal, and Beans; and his Majefty did nevertheleſs think fit to order, and did thereby order that nothing therein contained fhould extend to prohibit any Perfon or Perfons to or put on board any of the Articles aforefaid, to be carried Coaftwife; that is to fay, from any Port, ek, Member, or Part of the Kingdom of Great Britain to any other Port, Creck, or Member of the or the like Coaft Cocquet or Sufferance for that Purpofe, on fuch or the like fuf.
