The campaign was allegedly launched to remove rebel groups holding various cities in the region, including Boda city, held by the Coalition des Patriotes pour le Changement (CPC). The Wagner Network supported the military operation. The investigative project All Eyes on Wagner confirmed that Wagner and FACA controlled Boda by the time Bois Rouge was awarded the concession. |
