Simon's Wife fends him to buy Soap, but go-
ing over a bridge he let's the Money fall
into the river ; of a Ragman's ftealing his
Clothes, and Margery's Death and Burial.


MARGERY calling Simon to her, faid
Will you never be careful in any thing
let you about ? Yes, dear wife, l hope I
fhall. Why then faid fhe, take this money
I have tied up in a clout that you may not
lofe it. Therefore go you to market, and

Now in his way he was to pafs over a
