on the 2nd Administrative Reforms Committee (ARC), a draft Bill entitled "Civil Services Performance Standards and Accountability Bill, 2010" was provided incorporating certain recommendations in the above-mentioned reports. Further, it was pointed out that the draft Cabinet Note for the introduction of the said Bill in the Parliament is under consideration of the Central Government.
