(3) The eligible person’s specified information must be provided in a way that is specified by the specified licensee in accordance with the guidelines.
7. Maximum number of pre-paid SIM cards for eligible person
A specified licensee must ensure that—
- (a) for each eligible person mentioned in section 4(1)(a)— the person has no more than 10 pre-paid SIM cards that are currently registered with the licensee; and
- (b) for each eligible person mentioned in section 4(1)(b) or (c)—the person has no more than 25 pre-paid SIM cards that are currently registered with the licensee.
