O my Lady, Holy Mary,
Queen of Perseverance,
To thee and to thy blessed charge
And special keeping,
And into the bosom of thy mercy,

My life and my life's end, I commit to thee,
That by virtue of thy most holy intercession,

O most Holy Virgin, Queen of Heaven and Mistress of the Universe, I acknowledge and worship thee as the Daughter of the Eternal Father, as the Mother of the Eternal Son, and as the loving Spouse of the Holy Spirit.
